Schuyler Polk’s Graduation When Robert, approached me about his daughter Schuyler’s graduation party, I knew I was in for a real treat. Robert had such a vibrant personality and his three daughters were just so beautiful, smart and had clearly inherited their dads personality! The event was hosted at a friends house who had an amazing backyard with plenty of room for a tent big enough to accommodate 60 close friends and family. Weather forecasts told us we would get a visit from some rain clouds and in deed we did but rain or shine Schuylers close friends and family were ready to celebrate. We started with appetizers like our Moroccan lamb lollipops and mini crab cakes and featured our beer braised short ribs that had a hint of chocolate and citrus grilled chicken as the main entrée. After dinner all guests tall and short enjoyed themselves dancing the night away. It was an honor to be a part of this event and we all wish Miss Schuyler a successful college life at Harvard…I did say she was smart! |
